5. Payment
If booking earlier than 2 months before your holiday start date, we require payment of one-third of the rent. The balance payment of two thirds of the rent plus the damage deposit of £100 is then due 2 months before the holiday start date.

For bookings made within 2 months of your holiday start date, we require payment of the full rent together with damage deposit of £100

6. Declaration
I have read and accept the Booking Conditions for The Light House. I am over 18 and wish to book the property as set out above. I agree to be held responsible for any balance of the hire due and payable in accordance with the Booking Conditions. I agree to leave the property in a clean, tidy condition and to be responsible for any damage or breakages that might occur.
